Menopause Evening at Hastings House
On 16 October 2024 Friends of Hastings House were delighted to sponsor an evening at Hastings House delivered by Deborah Thomas talking all things menopausal. A very interesting evening & free to all those that attended - & in her own words the first time she has been invited to such an event in a local practice in Warwickshire delivering much needed advice & reassurance to all those coming along.
Thank you also to Anita Swetman of Tranquil Beauty, Vicky Bryson of Blue Ash Reflexology & Helen Clinton Wellbeing coach for coming along to showcase various treatment options & Daimon Barbers & Anita for the raffle prizes - all greatly appreciated.
